Pros:The staff in Appleton were very helpful and friendly. I ended up there very late due to flight cancelationsa and they waited up for me.Cons:When I signed up for a car rental, I was led to Appleton even though I wanted to rent at Greenbay airport. Fortunately, I ended up flying into Appleton because of cancelation of Detroit to Greenbay flight. Unfortunately, ALamo wouldn't let me drop the car off at GreenBay for my return flight. for some ridiculous reason, I had to drive the car 25 miles south to Appleton and turn around and drive back to GreenBay with the same car. Otherwise the cost of my car would have gone up by 300%. this is the kind of coporate lack of common sense that makes it very inconvenient for customers. I didn't appreciate having to add 50 miles and one hour to my drive to the airport.Reviewed 10 Aug. 2017

Pros:Easy pick up. Car in great shape. Better rental than I thought and great value!Cons:The only draw back for me...and it's minor...I had to drop the keys and leave as it was after 10 pm. I would prefer to have settled it all right then and there. But that's just personal preference.Reviewed 11 Jul. 2016
