Pros:There was plenty of staff, standing around.Cons:There was a major storm that removed all cars from the rental pool. While Alamo is not responsible for an act of God, I did feel that they could have been more proactive in finding me an alternative rental (example- have called other companies locally to check availability.Reviewed 20 Aug. 2019

Ford Escape not a good value for rental cost.Pros:Very clean car. Great drop off service with no problems.Cons:Car was not a good ride. Loose license plate was noisy the whole time and finally figured out the flapping sound a few days before turning the car in. Did not like the idea that I was charged an extra $5/day for my spouse to be a driver. I have rented many cars and was never charged extra for a spouse driver . Thought we were getting a Jeep and ended up with a Ford Escape!Reviewed 29 Aug. 2018
