Cons:I tried to call a number of times to extend my rental and it took 8 calls to talk with someone who could help me. She was a great help, but it was frustrating not getting through or talking to people who couldn't help me.Reviewed 15 May 2021

Pros:the staff at the counter was very helpful. we called 5 times before we arrived a day late only to be told there would be no car; they would not hold our car even if we paid for the day lost in advance. I sure I will not use them again. Finally reached a american person who helped, saved the car.Cons:Someone who cared about our problem.Reviewed 20 Aug. 2019

Easy and quickPros:The rental was so easy! We were tired and just wanted to hit the road. Thankfully the process was quick and problem free.Cons:The internet said a midsize car was available but when we got to the airport they were out. After a bit of switching around we rented a Kia Sedona van which ended up being a blessing!Reviewed 29 Oct. 2018

Pros:Dop off went smoothly. Park the car, record the gas and mileage and bring in the keys.Cons:The back seat drivers were overly vocal. It is hopeful that and "app" can be developed to deal with this problem for the drivers doing the work.Reviewed 12 Sep. 2018

Cons:I was to drop off the car downtown Sarasota but the location was closed. I drove to the location on Fruitville road to drop the car. They would not give me a ride back to the marina as it was “out of their area for a ride”. They suggested I drop the car down town Sarasota and leave the keys in the drop boxand gave me the address. They said I could walk from there. I drove to that location, dropped the keys and was stuck in a bad part of town with no idea how to “walk” to the marina. I eventually found a gentleman who told me how to get to the taxi repair location. Fortunately the was someone there and I arranged a ride.Reviewed 29 Jan. 2018
