Car was very nice. Only bad thing was that there was a mixup between the airline package and car rental and I had to pay for the whole car rental from you guys and then get my money back from Allegiant.Reviewed 29 Feb. 2024

Great car, greater customer service.Pros:After a nightmare flight experience and cancellation, my wife and I were left needing to rent a car for a 12 hour drive back home. Our alamo rental experience was wonderful, from the top-notch customer service at the counter, to the very clean, almost brand new car, and even to the replacement car we needed halfway home after we ran over a nail and got a flat tire. 10/10, would rent from Alamo again.Reviewed 3 Jan. 2019
