I never got the car because they overbooked it and dint have a car for me. So I had to pay a taxi to get to my hotel. The next morning I called back and the lady swear to me that they have a car for me and to come to the airport to pick it up. So I paid a taxi a second time to find out that again they did not have a car for me. Even though the lady on the phone promised me they would have one. I ended up paying over 100$ of taxis for no reasons and the people at the counter or customer service never too accountability for their mistakes. They never offered to pay me back for my taxi fares that I ended up having to pay for Alamo mistakes. Very frustrating and disappointing.Reviewed 4 Oct. 2023

Pros:The overall experience was pretty great. The vehicle was clean and in perfect condition. It was fairly easy to pick up and drop off.Cons:The only negative to the experience was the very long wait to pick up the vehicle. There was only one counter person and about 12 people in line so I waited about 30 minutes to pick up the vehicle. Also the vehicle did not come with a navigation system therefore I had to use a lot of data on my phone to get around.Reviewed 25 May 2017
