Pros:Nothing. No one was there to assist us with getting our vehicle when we prebooked weeks in advance. After calling corporate, it turns out that front desk people are supposed to stay up to two hours after closing to make sure those who booked could get their car. Yet the security guard told us that the staff LEFT EARLY EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD OUR RESERVATION ON FILE.Cons:Everything. Pros:Staff were great. However the car only had 1/2 tank of gas. I called on the way to my destination the day I rented the car and the Alamo service rep said that it would be noted on the bill.
