If the rental booking could automatically, and CLEARLY notify customers that they absolutely have to use a credit card for their booking, it would save alot of headaches for customers and your alls reps. When I booked mine with a debit card, the confirmation made it seem like everything was fine, and even said to bring the credit/debit card I booked with. It knows I'm doing a way trip. So in this day and age, an automatic warning would be awesome, instead of being told "its the policy" and I should have read it 3 paragraphs downReviewed 23 Apr. 2024

I wish the maintenance would have been done on the car before I picked it up. It’s always concerning with the maintenance required light comes on and you’ve only driven the car about 50 miles. The morning drop off crew was wonderful! We dropped off around 4am and everyone we encountered was so bright and cheery. Vince was so kind and helpful in directing us to the shuttle bus. Tracie, the driver was so friendly and lovely. She was a breath of fresh air so very early in the morning.Reviewed 22 Apr. 2024

The pick-up location is NOT at the airport which we thought so we took a taxi to the address provided by Expedia. Unfortunately the address needs to be updated as that address is the old building. Luckily, our taxi driver was willing to speak with the company over the phone to get the new address. They did provide paperwork in English for us to revise. It is only for 1 driver so you cannot switch off no matter how many people you have with you. We also purchased additional insurance for towing, etc in case anything happens. They didn’t speak English there but they did utilize a translation device which helped. Drop off was very easy and the company provided a free shuttle to the airport from the rental location. After this experience, I would definitely recommend not getting a rental car as there is no free public parking anywhere. Definitely use public transits like busses or trains to get where you need to go. It will save more money vs paying for the toll ways and public parking locations.Reviewed 21 Apr. 2024
