Well, your confirmation of my rental really wasn’t. The car I rented and confirmed was not there. The agent at the counter was nice but hard to understand. There was no convertible there. He said they never have them. So I was given a Toyota Camry as my only option. No one showed me anything about the car and didn’t walk outside to look at it or help w luggage. Location was also sketchy. Will never be renting from you or Alamo again.Reviewed 4 May 2025
