Cons:I arrived and was simply told "there's no vehicle available and we can REFER you to a competitor." I understand the travel industry consistently overbook to maximize revenues, but this could have been a very different scenario if it was properly handled right. Pros:Staff was helpful. Vehicle was in perfect condition.Cons:Only drawback: Insurance cost MORE per day than car rental. A $500 rental ended up costing $1100 US. On TOP of the exorbitant insurance rate$$$$ there was ANOTHER $400 deductible hold on my card until the car was returned. there should be NO deductible. Website did not warn of $$$ ins. cost.Reviewed 22 Feb. 2019
