Pros:Staff was good, truck was notCons:Truck was well used and could have been cleaner inside. Inside had an odor to it. Alamo must have acquired this truck used and put it into service. Pros:Pick-up and drop-off were both fast, efficient, and friendly.Cons:The directions at the airport for rental car return aren't very clear. Pros:Easy check-in and checkout! Car was clean and gas tank full. Offered an upgrade on arrival, and that was perfect for planned 15 day rental! Return of car at Spokane airport was exceptional with everything completed in a few minutes by the attendant in the lot at 6:00AM in the morning. Pros:The outback was perfect for our needs. It ran well and got good gas mileage overall.Cons:The person at the counter seemed rude and impersonal. Her tone was snippy and arrogant when explaining the damage policy. I understand she needed to let us know what we would be responsible for in the event of damage, but I felt bullied vs. informed. I noticed another customer got similar treatment when they were picking up their car. Hopefully, Alamo doesn't train their employees to be this way. We did purchase additional insurance through Allianz when we booked the car online in July. We treated the car like it was our own.Reviewed 18 Sep. 2018
