Pros: The car seemed to be in great mechanical condition and was comfy to drive for hours at a time.
Cons: The car was dirty and did not appear that anyone had washes it before I picked it up.

Pros: Roberto was very considerate. He was concerned about the rain and gave me a free upgrade. I was a little nervous when I got to the car and saw it was a hybrid, but it was easy to figure out and only took 4 gallons to fill after 3 days! Drop off was simple as I just had to drop the keys in the box
Cons: Honestly all the other car rental companies could learn from Alamo - especially regarding customer service. Will always use Alamo from now on!

Pros: Was not able to pick this car up - the counter was closed! we were told we could pick keys up at the National counter - it was closed also. Rented from Hertz which was very open and ready to serve customers.

Friendly and helpful representatives, higher than average costs
Pros: Alamo representative Debbie at the Spokane airport was very friendly and helpful. She assisted me with changing my reserved vehicle type. The vehicle was wonderful, so comfortable and easy to drive.
Cons: I changed my requested vehicle type at the counter, which cost an additional $134.00. This was about $50.00 higher than if I had made the reservation that day, and even higher than other rental companies at the airport. Because I would have had a $100.00 fee to cancel my original reservation, I choose just to pay for the higher than average upgrade fee. Taught me a lesson to only reserve no fee cancellation vehicles.
