Breakfast was amazing. Nice fire in reception to relax by. Unique building and setting in the park.
No hangers in my room. Room was a little on the small side.
Facing the beautiful Oosterpark and having such rich history
Cost for breakfast on average was high, compared to others in the area
Wonderful building amazing room.
The place is stunning. Coming back everyday, and seeing the chapel appear between the trees at the park is just breathtaking. Service is excellent. Staff will take care of any require politely and timely. Guests are more of the family or business kind. In a place like Amsterdam that can be greatly appreciated.
Room cleaning was a bit sloppy. Cleaning products were left behind in the room by personnel. Be sure to familiarise yourself with the transportation system, as location is somewhat far from main points of interest. In case of rain, grab an umbrella early. The hotel's provision does not seem plentiful.
We enjoyed your bar area . The fireplace was inviting and relaxing. Your bar staff were always friendly and helpful with questions we had about the area. We always enjoyed your lounge at night for a nightcap after a long day of touring . The front desk desk staff were alway helpful with information about location, transportation and tours. My wife enjoyed the deep tub in our room after we walked the city of Amsterdam. Also being located in the park was a nice touch.
Not knowing about a side entrance when we first arrived with all our luggage . Dragging it through the park entrance and up that long walkway was ridiculous.
