Cons (-) No heating in the rooms, the machine was blowing out cold air consistently, bathroom would flood as the shower was leaking there was NO assistance with our problems at the hotel. The most upsetting thing was my partner and I ended up feeling ill leaving the hotel. I was not satisfied with our stay at all and it was not worth the money. Cons (-) No costumer service, no manager on duty, bed bugs, no wifi and the smelliest hotel I have ever been to.
