This hotel is not close to the center of the city or a metro/tram stop. The room is very dark even with all the lights on because there’s only lamps and all the walls/curtain are dark colors. The grout in the bathroom and shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Would not recommend for the price they’re asking.
Pros (+) I liked the general hotel and layout but it was far.

The bed wasn’t a queen but rather two smaller mattresses put together, which wasn’t very comfortable. For the price, nothing was included, like breakfast or real coffee. Pros (+) Great place, far enough from the action but only a few minutes away from the tram and 15 minutes in Uber or bike.

Pros (+) Beautiful well maintained hotel located close to the center of Amsterdam but outside of the very busy areas. Our room was right on the water on the first floor and it was very romantic. Staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) The location of our room was far from the lobby and hotel entrance and we had to go up some stairs then down a full flight of stairs just to get to our room - there’s no elevator access to our room. We had very heavy bags and it was a pain getting to our room and leaving. Shower in the bathroom has no door and floods the bathroom every time you shower.
