Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which is close to attractions, public transport, and city highlights. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, as well as small room sizes and uncomfortable beds. Noise from other guests, the street, and building works is also a common complaint. While a few reviews note friendly staff and good service, the overall impression is that the hotel's best feature is its convenient location, while comfort and cleanliness could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews
