Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel’s excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and the cleanliness of the rooms. The complimentary coffee, communal dining area, and quiet atmosphere were also appreciated. However, many noted the steep, narrow stairs and lack of an elevator as significant drawbacks, making access difficult for some. Room sizes were often described as small, and a few guests mentioned issues with bathroom size and value for price. Despite these negatives, the positive service and central location stood out for most visitors.
