Pros (+) This hotel is so unique. Well worth your time. The décor is chic, the staff are friendly, the location is convenient, and the experience will be enjoyable. You may have a pencil sharpener in your room which is useful for sharpening the pencils they leave in your room. You can also check out vinyl records and movies.

Pros (+) Hotel has a lot of character. We had a suite that ensued we had a private bathroom, which would be my recommendation to anyone staying here. Tons of great things to note: comfortable accommodations, great location, knowledgeable and engaging staff, free happy hour beer, tasteful decorations, trendy feel, great attached restaurant.
Cons (-) Street nose is the only thing we could think of as a negative.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel offers lots of extra amenities like free DVDs, free records and record player, free coffee in the AM, and free beer in the evening. Jerome was extremely friendly.
Cons (-) Nothing. If I had stayed more than one night the walk down the hall to the bathrooms might have gotten old but I'll definitely stay again.
