He helped us contact some new-found friends for whom we didn't have the last name or room number. Cons (-) I was not happy with my stay at this hotel because I did not get the room that I had booked. My room was supposed to have one king bed, and instead, it had two double beds. I was told that they had no more rooms with king sized beds, even though I booked my room almost a week before my stay. The beds were also not very comfortable and the pillows were not either.
