Rented online after my car was totaled in 9’ of water. They allowed me to rent at 22 and just required a fee which I was willing to pay. However when I got there well before my pick up time to get the car they ended up flagging my ID and would not allow me to have a car. I have a clean record and again, my age was known before allowing me to book. I was left without a car for a week and had to take off work for the whole week.Reviewed 25 May 2023

I recommend everyone to avoid this place. They did not let us check out the car and didn’t let me speak with the manager. They also refused to ask the manager call me back and said that they were sold out! Avoid!Reviewed 24 May 2023
