Pros:The car handled well, was fairly new, and overall mostly enjoyable.Cons:The car had police evidence stickers still on it from god knows what. In addition, one morning the car would not start. I have experience as a mechanic and found that the positive battery terminal was loose and not making a good electrical connection. I fixed this and the car was fine for the rest of my trip. Needless to say, this should not happen and I should not need to diagnose and repair my own rental car. Perhaps a better pre-rental vehicle check would help?Reviewed 12 Dec. 2016

Bad customer servicePros:Good priceCons:Called in advance if I could have 30 minutes grace period for returning, they said ok. When I arrived, the guy behind the counter gave me the silent treatment for about 5 minutes, then said " you're late " I explained that I called, but didn't matter to him. He says they could charge me for additional day- he was really indignant. Most rental companies will give an hour or so grace, but this guy would have none of it, even after I called ahead.Reviewed 10 Dec. 2015
