Cons:Kayak DID NOT set up the times correct. They set up a pick up time when the location wasn't open. I had to redo the reservation thru Avis who charged me almost $100 more.Reviewed 12 Mar. 2017

Cons:I got a car that had two bald tires one of them had cords showing and I drove 30 hours on it then when I noticed it I called the 800 number and I got hung up on 3 times and then when I did get to talk to someone they told me if roadside asst. came to changed the tire that I was gonna get charged for it. I will never go through avis again and I will let my friends know about it the bad thing is they would not comensate me anythingReviewed 23 Aug. 2016
