Overall im satisfied with the experience, but what I wasn’t happy was that they did not give me the rental I reserved , I was supposed to get an elite ford explorer and they gave me a smaller suv n there was no room for luggage , we made it work but our trip was very uncomfortableReviewed 2 Apr 2026
