Pros:
Staff was knowledgeable, quick, and helpful. Drop off was easy, and I was able to score a ride home. The car I had was clean, great on gas, and it had a sunroof. It just made my long drive that much more enjoyable.Cons:

Cons:
We weren't told the office closed at noon and when we got there it was and we were unable to get our car. We called the 800 number but we're told there was nothing they could do to help us. We ended up renting from Avis who were very helpful but more expensive. Very bad communication. We were under Un the impression the car wouldn't be ready until noonAvis
