The service was described as friendly and accommodating, with several guests highlighting the helpfulness of the staff. Cleanliness was also a strong point, with many reviews noting tidy and well-maintained rooms. However, some guests faced difficulties finding the entrance and mentioned the lack of elevators as a drawback. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating the offerings and others finding them insufficient. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for short stays.
