Pros:Price beat the competition.Cons:The full size I reserved due to hip replacement was not available so they shoehorned me into a low slung Mustang. The pickup location is in a mall with no street number on the building nor marquee placard outside...hard to find. I trusted the agent to point out the dings/damage to the dirty car and he overlooked the chip in the windshield...though when I found him after 20 minutes upon return he verbally agreed it had been present at pickup.Reviewed 17 Sep. 2017

Pros:i got an upgrade on the car when I arrivedCons:Their credit card machine was down... so they took an imprint of my card, left my yellow carbon copy in the car and when i called to make sure they destroyed it, no one answered, have yet to get a call back. Also left a small gift from a local giftshop in the back (just a magnet, touristy stuff, and have yet to hear back from the rental car place)... did not have enough people working for such a touristy place.Reviewed 6 Jun. 2017
