I had a reservation weeks in advance. When I got off my plane at 10:30pm, they had no cars left!!! I was stranded. Terrible company. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a reservation with budget not honored. I will never use budget again.Reviewed 9 Mar. 2023

I’ve been online and did ExpressCheck in. When I arrived, I had to wait in line, which was fine, except that there was no privacy for discussions about money, and the person in front of me are very upsetting experience. I did finally reached the counter and ported that I had already checked in through Xpress and paid, the staff person told me that I had not paid that I had simply entered the information. He then charged me. I now have two charges on my credit card of two fees from two separate agreements. I also see that the receipt I got was for one price, $77 I don’t my credit card I still see the deposit charge of $200. All toll I have a charge of over $500 for a car that was supposed to cost me $77 for 24 hour period. I fully expect to get the deposits back because the car was in good shape and the attendant at the New Orleans airport and drop off, the nicest person in the whole process, told me everything was fine. The pickup process was very quick and the vehicle I was given was very clean and nice. The drop off process was very quick and easy as well which was just what I needed. It was much cheaper to book off site from the airport, so I had to take LYFT both ways, but it was worth it. The only problem is that the office closes at 6. My flight was late. I called to say that I might be late, and I was told that they would not stay open past 6, even if it's by a few minutes. I was in a panic as my flight was late. I made it with 10 minutes to spare. Apart from that, the check in and check out for the car was easy. The car was good, too.Reviewed 22 Mar. 2022

Pros:The staff was wonderful but their were no cars available and ready, I think they should put it on website no car available. They had so many people waiting on car and no cars was available.Cons:Website is not accurate on vehicle!!!’Reviewed 18 May 2021
