Cons:The car definitely looked like it has not been cleaned at all. I actually drove home and my boyfriend and I immediately cleaned the WHOLE car. We even found a used face mask in the back seat!Reviewed 28 Jul. 2020

First offer was an old and filthy carCons:The first car that I was shown was very dirty with high mileage. The passenger side had vomit or dog drool sprayed from the passanger side window to the back of the car. I had to insist that I was not going to drive away with that car. Finally, the agent offered a very clean and newer car - to my relief. Very nice!Reviewed 12 Jan. 2018

Delay and misinformationCons:They ran out of cars on the day I was scheduled to pick it up. So I had to wait for hours at home for them to call and let me know that they had received new cars. Since I picked it up late, I was told I could return it anytime before 5 pm, but they closed at 4pm on the day I planned to return it. Fortunately, the manager stopped by to do some work so I was able to return it and not get charged an extra day.Reviewed 4 Jan. 2016
