Holly was wonderful, called to say no small cars, upgraded to next size, no extra cost. When our car was done early was able to take car back early. Saved us money to use when we have to rent again next month.Reviewed 28 May 2022

Cons:Didn't follow the same rules as described in Las Vegas for turning in fuel receipt and car with the amount of gas it had. Poor customer service. Argued over a 5$ difference and lost a future budget rental customerReviewed 13 Mar. 2018

Almost left to walk 5 milesCons:Rental desk not open when flight arrived or departed. If I did not run from plane to desk(against doctor's orders), we would have been left at airport with no car or any ride to hotel. My reservation stated 6:00 pm. Desk closed at 6:00pm. Found out about hours from another passenger. Very poor customer relations. Outgoing flight left at 9:30am and desk not open at this time too. I had a problem parking the car because there were NO spots left in rental parking lot!!!!! What would you have done with the car if this happened to you??Reviewed 12 Mar. 2018
