Terrible policy, annoying and patronizing pickupPros:Simple to reserve, good with Kayak. Car worked wonderful and was clean.Cons:I was on my honeymoon and Im a month away from 25. Gentleman working at desk was a total D-bag in front of my wife. Had to get family to come in and rent it and put me on as an additional driver.
