This was the worst travel experience I ever had in my 61 years on this planet! I called to change the time of my reservation, and in the midst of that they somehow changed the dates to a week later. When I caught that and called them, they said they reconfigured my reservation. When I showed up at the actual location, there was no reservation there whatsoever, and I had 6 hours to be 250 Mi away for a speaking engagement. I ended up having to drive my own car which I was supposed to drop off to have some extensive service done to it while I was gone for 3 days. They were unhelpful and they were uncaring about any of the situation whatsoever, I received no service from anybody of any kind whatsoever. I will never ever book anything with budget ever again!Reviewed 29 Jul 2024

There was delay to pick up. Not clear with actual time of pickup. There was no one ask me if I returned the key. I have to FedEx the key to avoid being charged. And the person who looked at the gas was not correct.Reviewed 27 Nov 2023

Pros:The agent at pick up was the most efficient ever worked with. He checked in 3-4 customers in less than 10 minutes. Usually the paper work and upsells are cumbersome when you just want to get on the road.Cons:Did not get a receipt which was supposed to be emailed.Reviewed 24 May 2021
