Landed at the Everett airport to find that there was no sign of how to get to the rental spot & no shuttle that could take you or anyone at the airport that knew where to Uber to etc. Finally found a tiny budget number in the next terminal & there was a woman who said shed come get us, took 30 minutes in the cold at night to get us. While she was checking us out I told her that we had moved our flight to earlier on Sunday therefore would be dropping off the car earlier & she said no problem at all. Come to find that on Sunday they didnt open till 9 am while our flight was at 9:20 am - no sign of anyone who could help us so I called Budget customer service & they told me that I would need to go to the next operational Budget nearby - Seattle, an hour drive from where we were. That obviously wasn't going to work & he told me, well tough that's your only option. We proceeded to go online & found some information about an airport dropoff - amen & found a guy at Everett airport that worked in operations & knew how to handle the dropoff. Otherwise we would genuinely have no idea what to do with the car. I have still not received a receipt for my trip or any follow up that my trip was finalized. The car was suppose to be at seattle airport. After flying over 5 hours they said the reservations were changed to Everett they told me it was over an hour away. Budget said they had a car at the airport but it was a lot more almost $200 more. I got the car and left. I brought the car back early on Friday morning and requested a refund for Friday and Saturday they said we don’t give refunds I told them you need to tell the employees that. When I made a reservation for a car rental at SeaTac, I expected to pick up a car there. But when I spoke with the man at the agency counter, he informed me my car was at Everett. Whaaattt?? I still don't understand what happened, maybe someone can explain it to me. Fortunately, he was able to locate a car for us through Avis, but I paid several hundred dollars more for it. Cons:I live in North Carolina. My wife and I landed in Seattle and wanted to drive the rental car to Bellingham, WA. I used Expedia search engine and clicked on SEA-TAC airport. I found a very reasonable rate and secured the car. Living in NC I was unaware that Everette, WA is 1 and 1/2 hours away from Seattle. I thought it must be a short shuttle ride from the airport. Why would anyone be interested in picking up a rental car hours away from an airport? This makes no sense to me and it caused a huge problem for us. I would have written your company off as unprofessional and inefficient if it wasn't for the gracious staff at SEA-TAC. They went the extra mile to find us a car at a reasonable rate even when the demand was high for cars that day. The staff at SEA-TAC has given me the distinct impression that I should use your company whenever possible.Reviewed 29 Jun. 2021

Pros:The agent at pick up was the most efficient ever worked with. He checked in 3-4 customers in less than 10 minutes. Usually the paper work and upsells are cumbersome when you just want to get on the road.Cons:Did not get a receipt which was supposed to be emailed.Reviewed 24 May 2021
