We have had our reservation for months, yet when we got there the girl said, “you’re lucky you came when you did, because this is the last car we have.” If I have a reservation, shouldn’t it be honored? Why was it the last car they had? Also, the car we got was very nice but it was dirty on the inside. I was hoping we wouldn’t get blamed and charged for it, and ended up cleaning out the other people’s trash anyway. Otherwise it was good. They were helpful at the office when we had issues and the rental was successful.Reviewed 24 May 2025
