Cons:I spent an hour and a half in line to pick up the car and when it was finally my turn I was told there were no cars available except for a 12 passenger commercial van. If I hadn’t insisted they would have never gave me another option. There were a bunch of hidden fees, had to call to get them clarified after I dropped car off.
