Pros:Staff was very friendly. All went well with pick up and delivery. The windows and side mirrors were so dirty and water spotted I could barely see out. Pros:How many fees were added. I ended up spending 2x the amount of money...Cons:Hertz absolutely were trying to take advantage of me at every step and trying to make me pay extra money for every option they offered. So dishonest and wrong.Reviewed 27 Feb 2021

Pros:Staff was very friendly and fast even though the office was very busy. Car was very clean. Price was incredible. Drop-off took less than a minute. They had a space for me to leave my own car overnight.Cons:I declined the CDW when making the online reservation. When I inquired about adding it at check-in, the price for it was four times higher. But this was out of the hands of the staff at my rental location and controlled by Thrifty itself.Reviewed 19 Feb 2021
