Pros:Car was a good option, clean and pretty new. No issues with the car.Cons:Pick up and drop-off were rough. Both took nearly an hour due to short staffing. The one staffer at pickup wasn't wearing a mask even as he cleaned the car, which he only did after we showed up to pick it up. At drop-off, waited 45 minutes just to hand over the agreement slip after exiting the vehicle.Reviewed 9 Sep. 2020

Be Careful What You ReadCons:The rate on our car was nearly $500 for 4 nights. It was a Toyota Corolla that wasn't in all that good of shape. I made a mistake, and was looking at rates for $250 for the same period from Budget, but the location was off-premise and away from the airport. I feel burned on this one and will not be doing business with Budget again.Reviewed 20 Jun. 2017
