Bait and switch

Pros: It was a car....

Cons: They had a lot of hidden cost, the car cost me 25% more than what was advertised on kayak.

Pros: The gentleman at check out today was very nice.

Cons: i had to fill the radiator after I arrived at my destination, the check tire indicator stayed on, the car was very uncomfortable. The electronics were difficult to understand; I always rent from Budget and I will continue to do so, this was my first bad experience. The person I dealt with when I rented the vehicle did not go over the insurance. I informed him I wanted insurance but not to the extent of the addtional add on's. I paid $1,100 for a week's rental and it was totally not worth it. I should have kept the Jeep.

Gas charges

Cons: I was charged for a full tank of gas. To get my money back I had to go to the Budget rental counter at TPA, stand in line with the gas receipt to get a refund. This is a deceitful practice and can cause one to be late for their flight.

Overpriced

Pros: The car got great gas mileage and was decently clean.

Cons: Guy at the counter was rude, the car was supposed to be 41 dollars a day and I ended up paying 120 after hidden fees, took 40 minutes to complete the rental.
