Pros:You allowed me to book a pickup/drop off time that was at the end of that location’s normal working hours. They changed my pickup and drop off location. To the airport. The airport location completely changed my reserved vehicle type to something “not similar” and less fuel efficient.Cons:Fulfill any one of the promises made in the reservation... changed pickup location, wrong car type, changed drop off location. Clerk was rather rude when I asked why I couldn’t have what I reserved.Reviewed 15 Aug. 2019

Pros:The lady at the desk was nice but I was very unhappyCons:This is the second time that Budget has not had the car I requested. I was going to see my 95 yr old dad. I ordered a family type car.
