That was my worst experience ever renting a car over an hour and a half trying to even get the car rental. How is there only one person working at budget but the rest of the counters had two people. Good as a whole. Pickup was dreadful. It took almost an hour and fifteen minutes to pick up car. There were not enough people working and they couldn’t seem to find the cars that had been reserved. It was better for me than the folks who had prepaid because their cars weren’t ready and they were very angry. Budget knew how many people had reserved cars and yet they couldn’t pull it off.
