“Booked” this rental car to get to work only to find out at the counter they don’t take US Bank Visa cards. This is my main brick and mortar finaincial institution and they would not let me rent a car. Waste of time that made me late for work having to book an uber. The car class we booked only had electric cars when we arrived to pick up. The staff could not tell us anything about charging stations, or availability in and around the area. We had to pay for an upgrade on our pre paid vehicle.Reviewed 9 Nov 2024

Never again will I rent a car from Dollar. I reserved a compact car months early and they talked my husband into an “upgrade” without the charge because they didn’t have the car I reserved. The lady at the counter said the compact would be too small any way but turned out the truck was such an awful choice. We rented it to drive in Oregon. IT RAINS IN OREGON! So we had to keep all our luggage in the back seat along with my daughter who was crammed the entire time.Reviewed 16 Oct 2024

Loved the 2024 Subaru Outback and a dream car to drive with 7k miles. Last rental with Alamo 2 weeks ago was a old Malibu with too many miles and should be retired. First experience with Dollar and a 10 star everyone was so nice!Reviewed 12 May 2024

Line was long to pick up. Drop off was super easy. Car was somewhat clean. According to the mileage it was brand new, but did not seem brand new. Value was great and affordable. Wish I would have know it was a base model with out some of the luxuries. Will rent again just might upgrade to a model with more luxuries.Reviewed 21 Mar 2024

Cons:The car they initially offered barely had room for 5 passengers and absolutely did not have room for 5 pieces of luggage. This required an upgrade at an enormous price increase.
