“Booked” this rental car to get to work only to find out at the counter they don’t take US Bank Visa cards. This is my main brick and mortar finaincial institution and they would not let me rent a car. Waste of time that made me late for work having to book an uber. Never again will I rent a car from Dollar. I reserved a compact car months early and they talked my husband into an “upgrade” without the charge because they didn’t have the car I reserved. The lady at the counter said the compact would be too small any way but turned out the truck was such an awful choice. We rented it to drive in Oregon. IT RAINS IN OREGON! So we had to keep all our luggage in the back seat along with my daughter who was crammed the entire time.Reviewed 16 Oct 2024
