I was charged $11/ per day for additional collision coverage option I chose with PriceLine, but the Dollar rental had no information on that and was asked if I need additional collision coverage. Looks like either Dollar want double bill me on this or PriceLine failed to coordinate this part with Dollar.Reviewed 3 Oct. 2021

I would advise against this company. They're not concerned with customers' safety and tried to charge me $400 to drop off at airport because the location downtown IS NOT SAFE! First I was quoted $150 to change drop off, then she could give me discount of $100, then another employee tried to charge me $400! These people are dishonest, unethical and clearly not concerned with the safety of their patrons. I will never rent from this company again. Never.Reviewed 16 Jul. 2021

Pros:N/ACons:The car rental place - Dollar Rental - was closed. They modified their operating hours (I guess because of coronavirus?) so when I got there, it was already closed, even though I was on time to my reservation. I was stuck in the rain looking for another car rental place that was open. I had to take a Lyft there and rent a more expensive car. I spent $65 instead of $21. Please work better with your providers to update operating hours so that people can avoid this negative experience.Reviewed 4 May 2020
