Cons:After booking a week in advance, Budget called me less than an hour before pickup to inform me they didn’t have a car for me, and likely wouldn’t. No offers to help find something else, just sorry and good luck.Reviewed 11 May 2021

Pros:I loved that I was able to make a last-minute booking on Labor Day. The car was comfortable and clean and handled great.Cons:It was difficult to get someone to answer the phone even during business hours. I was trying to confirm for several days that the location would be open on the holiday. Also $48 a day is a bit steeper than I am used to.Reviewed 9 Sep. 2017
