Lady behind counter was extremely rude. Wouldn’t let me stand in building beside my husband. Downgraded our car to small suv but didn’t reduce the price. Spoke down to us like we were children. I needed a car at the last minute due to a canceled flight from Tucson. The only way to get to our destination for a celebratory event was to book a flight on another airline from Phoenix. I was able to make a car reservation online from my phone which was easy to do. When the counter opened the service person was very helpful but the added charges were very confusing and unclear. What started as a less than one-day rental to get from the Tucson airport to Phoenix airport costing about $100 turned into a rental for less than 8 hours for $250. The Chrysler Pacifica had lots of pet hair (cat or dog), dirt, debri, & etc. It would have been better for me as a customer, to have been clean. At least vacuumed to get the pet hair up/out/gone.Reviewed 21 May 2024

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent car rental attempt at Barcelona Airport. Despite having a confirmed reservation and providing all required details, including my credit card from Kosovo, I was informed upon arrival that Budget does not accept credit cards from my region. This refusal caused significant inconvenience and additional expenses, as I had to secure a rental from another company, GoldCar, at four times the original cost. Furthermore, at no point during the reservation process was I informed of this regional restriction, which I find unacceptable.Reviewed 21 May 2024
