I will never use Budget again for my rental needs... The Reservation I made for a Ford Transit passenger van, was not honored. I received a call from local agent a few hours before scheduled pickup, who stated that they were sold out of the vehicle I had "RESERVED"... What's the point of making a reservation, when most of the car rental companies, OVERBOOK their vehicles, Just like the airlines!!! Very dissatisfied customer!!!Reviewed 24 Jun 2021

Pros:Got to Budget and no representative was there. I waited 45 minutes before someone showed up. As a result I was very late to my appointment.Reviewed 4 May 2021

Pros:Drop off was easy and the car was comfy.Cons:I made a reservation for a compact car the day before at a specific location and I get to the pickup location and they tell me I have to drive another 15 minutes to another location because they were out of compact cars. That part was fine but a heads up ahead of time would’ve been great. The car I was given at the new location was dirty. The trunk was full of old receipts, a roll of raffle tickets and other trash. The cashier at the new location tried to charge me 30 dollars more than i was quoted. Luckily I caught it before he ran my card.Reviewed 9 Jan 2021
