I was supposed to get a KIA or some other economy car. The I got there they told me I had a choice of a Tesla (I know they are complicated to operate and recharge) or a very large Dodge extra-cab pickup with terrible gas mileage. I reluctantly chose the truck.Reviewed 30 Sep 2024

Staff we absolutely awful. Unhelpful and rude. Both times a vehicle was unavailable for the reserved time and staff did very little to help or try to remedy the situation. We almost missed our flight as a result. Very stressful and would never use again.Reviewed 29 Sep 2024
