Horrible pick up. Not enough staff to help over 40 people in line to pick up cars. Computer with dot matrix printer takes at least 15 minutes to process each customer. Antiquated and too small of a rental car office and lot for such a right volume of customers. Unable to get car out of lot do to other cars being parked blocking rental pickup.Reviewed 4 May 2026

The wait in line to rent our car was about 90 minutes. Then we waited over 30 minutes outside the building as we were told the car was being cleaned. When the car was finally delivered the interior was not clean, and the car exterior was still wet.Reviewed 4 May 2026
