Great car, very crowded pickup - drop off was smooth. Totally useless with clarifying costs, charge whatever they want at the end. Scammed us on fuel, make sure you get fuel and fill up your tank... Due to my poor research, I didn't realize. I'm out 100 euroes when it would have cost 25 to fill the tank to full.Reviewed 9 Jun 2026

I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise. The customer service was top-notch, and the pickup process was incredibly quick. To top it off, they gave me a free upgrade with zero hassle. When we arrived at Budget, the vehicle we had reserved—or even a similar one—was not available. Despite the situation, the attendant was very helpful and offered us the option of having a new vehicle brought to the location, though we would have had to wait an hour beyond our scheduled pickup time. The problem was that we already had a planned itinerary, and this caused a major delay. However, I acknowledge that the attendant did their best, and the fault lay entirely with Budget. We had another unfortunate experience with Budget in Miami, and we will definitely never book with Budget again!Reviewed 8 Jun 2026

They did not have the car I reserved and wouldn't offer a free upgrade for another car. They said I could wait 2 hours or pay more for a car. They clearly don't understand the concept of a reservation. The car I paid to be upgraded to was clean, but the tank wasn't full. They didn't come to look at the car with me, just handed me the keys and told me where it was in the poorly lit parking deck. When dropping it off after hours at my destination, the instructions weren't clear and at the key drop the sign said that the customer is responsible for any damages that occur in the parking lot until they open the next day. It would have been nice to know that ahead of making that arrangement. The car drove well.Reviewed 8 Jun 2026
