Pickup/dropoff was not where scheduled when paid for. Was called day before with location changed. Back off vehicle had flat tire and an interior panel laying in it, no washer fluid. Slde sliding door did not work properly. Had to be opened from inside most of the trip. Was told I could take it to airport to exchange no offer to get me another delivered. When complaint was filed before I left for trip was told I would get a partial refund. Have not seen it. Budget apparently really means budget customer care. Pros:NothingCons:There was no car available when I showed up. The one person working there did not help me find another Budget location with a car, so I had to go to Enterprise and pay double the amount due to the increased rates of same day rental reservations. I won’t use Kayak for car rentals again either.Reviewed 30 Dec 2020

Pros:The car at least worked.Cons:Staff were frustrated and rude. They could not add insurance even though I wanted it, asked me to call someone else to purchase. It took and hour and 15 minutes to get a car, and it was not cleaned nor was the gas to fill. I will not rent from this venue again.Reviewed 28 Dec 2019
