It was really bad experience. The office was closed after waiting for the shuttle forever then I get ride there found out they are closed, even I checked with them earlier and they said they will wait for me because they have my flight number and they know what time it land.Reviewed 14 Jan 2025

The car overheated because there was not enough cooling liquid in the car so we had to pull over on the side of the highway. Budget road sided asssistance was not helpful because they wanted us to wait several hours in 90 degree heat for a tow truck to come. Customer service was also rude and not helpful when we asked for a refund for the vehicle that did not work properly.Reviewed 30 Jun 2024

The first truck stank of cigarette smoke. The agent tried to get us a different truck, but it was parked in. Then he left, and we were given the same smoky truck. Finally, an hour and fifteen minutes after arriving, we had our vehicle. The truck had many broken glass bits all over the bed and back seat. We did not get cut, but we did get to put a knee and hand on the glass a few times. Overall, it was ok. The truck did its job. Drop-off was super easy.Reviewed 27 Jun 2024

We arrived at a very busy time but every member of the staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. The vehicle reserved for us was a little too small because our sons are 6’7 and 6’5 but the attendant didn’t even blink an eye. She said give me a sec and she found us a Ford Expedition which was perfect leg room for our giants ;). We weren’t the only ones who had special requests but through it all were so impressed with how the staff remained calm and were quick to come up with solutions. We would definitely rent from this location again!Reviewed 26 May 2024
