At pick-up they tried to give me wrong vehicles and told me that my agreement was for a premium sedan and not a premium SUV Cadillac XT6 or similar. Told me they could put me in a SUV for additional money. Finally agreed to give me Buick Enclave for no additional cost after debating for 20 minutes.Reviewed 15 Jul 2026

My issue is with the third party that kayak uses to book with budget. I had an issue with the pick up, couldn't get the car, their offices are in Hong Kong, and I still have not received my full refund.Reviewed 17 Mar 2026

Final cost was way over what the original price was. I didn’t know budget was off-site. Would not have used itReviewed 17 Nov 2025

Everything was pretty good except the cleanliness of the car. The inside was awful - there was food on the carpet and wrappers in the doors. It also smelt of cigarette smoke.Reviewed 17 Jul 2025

You should list the actual price. Not double it later with a sneaky twist.Reviewed 19 Apr 2025

It was really bad experience. The office was closed after waiting for the shuttle forever then I get ride there found out they are closed, even I checked with them earlier and they said they will wait for me because they have my flight number and they know what time it land.Reviewed 14 Jan 2025

The car overheated because there was not enough cooling liquid in the car so we had to pull over on the side of the highway. Budget road sided asssistance was not helpful because they wanted us to wait several hours in 90 degree heat for a tow truck to come. Customer service was also rude and not helpful when we asked for a refund for the vehicle that did not work properly.Reviewed 30 Jun 2024

The first truck stank of cigarette smoke. The agent tried to get us a different truck, but it was parked in. Then he left, and we were given the same smoky truck. Finally, an hour and fifteen minutes after arriving, we had our vehicle. The truck had many broken glass bits all over the bed and back seat. We did not get cut, but we did get to put a knee and hand on the glass a few times. Overall, it was ok. The truck did its job. Drop-off was super easy.Reviewed 27 Jun 2024
