When I arrived and waited in line to check in, I was told to take a seat as it would be awhile before a car was ready ! 30 minutes later I ended up with a Hyundai and had to go to a gas station every single day and put air in the drivers side rear tire …… when I told the employee upon returning the car they were disinterested and could care less …. The pickup was easy and I thought I was renting a petrol vehicle. When I went to the garage to pickup the auto the attendant told me to choose any vehicle in a certain section. I didn't realize the one I chose was completely electric. The auto, a Chevy Bolt, was great but it was difficult to figure out how and where to charge the vehicle. I am sure this is due to America just introducing EV's. When I returned the vehicle the woman who took was very nice and helpful and said that I would receive an email and final receipt. After 4 days I have not. I rented through an online company called QEEQ. I have not been able to contact the company and I am still waiting for the receipt. Thrifty salespeople are wonderful but I will think twice about renting through QEEQ again.Reviewed 27 Mar. 2023

The car I initially drove out of the airport ran so rough when I got it out on the highway (tires out of balance, alignment, engine tune up?), I had to return it for another vehicle. Was told to stand in line at the counter for another 45 minutes (two agents, very long line), only to learn that I should have been told to go to another place entirely. Then there is the matter of learning at the counter of the previously unadvertised, undisclosed $15 per day fee (for entire rental period) to use the electronic (Easy Pass) device OR pay penalties and tolls for EVERY TOLL PLAZA! Crazy policy. Hertz (Thrifty's co-brand) charges $6 per day only on the days you use the device plus tolls. Fee was so embarrassing, it wasn't even on the counter card describing the device, or on the Thrifty website as far as I could find.Reviewed 17 Sep. 2022

It's was an exceptionally busy weekend for travelers, yet the staff was well organized, prepared, and communicated to each other well. It was late, and the Thrifty desk transferred to work with the Hertz desk. The concierge taking me to the vehicle apologized for it taking so long to get to my vehicle, but instead I was surprised how quickly they got me there considering how busy it was.Reviewed 5 Apr. 2022
