Everything is an up charge. The person at the counter tried to sell us an $89/day insurance policy. I eventually bought a $30/day insurance policy out of fear. Then he wanted to sell us $22/day toll package. We never paid any tolls. Then he wanted to sell us on a $120 gas fee so we wouldn’t have to fill up our tank. They do a hard sell on the extras. It really felt that they make a commission on the extras they can sell.Reviewed 1 Oct. 2023
