Book Budget car rentals in Wichita Falls

Never used Budget.

Pros: Nothing is likeable about Budget.

Cons: Wouldn't know. Switched to Enterprise because Budget screwed up and tried to overcharge my original quote.

Three cars

Pros: The price was good and they made it right after my trip.

Cons: I didn't like the fact that I had to switch my rental twice and use three different vehicles

Worst car rental experience ever

Pros: Rented out the original car we reserved. Instead, Gave us a car that wouldn't hold air pressure and had some weird acceleration problem that felt like a slip in transmission,We had to change out cars half way through trip. The girl ( crystal, in ft Collins) was snotty and rude and told us she was doing us a favor by giving us a different car. Wached her argue with the customer before us too. To top it off, just found out they double charged our credit cards in witchita falls when we rented the car. What a huge pain this company has been. If you have any other choice, don't use budget.

"Reservations" doesn't really mean you have a rese

Pros: There was a car.

Cons: Reserved a certain size of car online before flying in. Upon arrival I was informed that the reservations online didn't really hold any weight on whether or not I would get a car. They had one full size SUV available which was double the price of the vehicle I had "reserved." Not very happy with having to pay the price, but I guess i really didn't have a choice because I would have been stranded without it. Had I known this beforehand, I could have made the choice to not even bother with trying to do business with Budget.
