You need workers who will actually assist the customers. I got a car that didn't have any gas at all and the service light was on. The car had no fluids at all. The car was dirty inside and out. Worse experience I had by far.Reviewed 23 Jun. 2022

Pros:Staff was nice. Car was clean. Service was quickCons:The car was not filled full tank which I realized only after I started driving, but I re-filled it full tank before returning. I didn't expect..Pros:It got me there with no major issues.Cons:It had been smoked in and it surprised the attendant whose cleaner didn't alert him. It felt like it was a car on the Log Ride at the amusement park so either the alignment was off or this is the scariest designed car ever.Reviewed 11 Jan. 2018

Pros:Short line checked out quickCons:Girl at desk was rolling her eyes and slightly aggressive towards customer on phone.... no customer wants to see that. There was also an issue with a partial refund ( for the gas I put into the vehicle I had to return) for which I was dissapointwd to see her blame the previous employee that rented me the car. I ended up only getting part of a refund I was promised but dude that even bother mentioning as it was all I could handle. Cons:I was told that on return of the vehicle I could charge the rental fee to a different credit card. When I returned the vehicle, nobody was at the desk and there was a sign directing me to put the key, etc. in the drop box. I called when I got home and was told by someone in Budget's office (not the local office) that I could not change the card then and that I would have to call back in 48 hours to do so.Reviewed 15 Dec. 2015
