Juan, Sep 2025 - Rio Hotel & Casino
Towels smell like cigarettes and the bathroom had a cigarettes smell coming thru the vents. Plus there was an old wet towel in the dresser next to the mini bar fridge. I advised the hotel staff and they said they would reimburse my stay plus $50 credit towards food/drinks but when it came to check out there were no notes of that only of the $50 credit and they could only reimburse me a $56 resort ...

There is no way to talk to the front desk. Can't call from the room. phones didn't work. Even calling the hotel from my cell the AI Robot "Rita" answers. Useless. Had to walk 1/2 mile from the old tower to the front desk just to get TP and Kleenex.

Mostly good. Resort was nice. Enjoyed the pool. Nice restaurants and ambiance. Fun environment to be in. Enjoyed the slots. WSOP was great. But be careful was charged resort fees twice compared to what was originally agreed upon after accounting for taxes room charges etc so always be sure to keep your original invoice with you to validate it to your folio prior to departure. Everyone was great th...

Attention to detail the area where the fridge is was dirty(16082) and it’s not a complaint and I was happy to pay however the early check in was pricey on top of having to pay resort fees but overall a 9/10

This is my third time staying at this hotel. As always, check in was easy, rooms were clean, and the staff was nice. I love that it is located near the middle of the strip and there’s lots of places to eat. Also, it’s very reasonably priced considering it’s directly on the strip. We will definitely be back!

Mathew, Apr 2025 - Flamingo Las Vegas
Nice comfortable room. A bit sad the pool was under repairs, so no lounging and drinking cocktails poolside for us. Still was charged a full resort fee, however. Nice restaurants inside the casino, but nothing really for a breakfast place other than “The Nook” which costs $38 for two takeaway coffees and two muffins. Also no card room in this casino, so had to go to another casino daily for poker.

Awful.. staff extremely unhelpful and rude. They also made a mistake on the confirmation from their website and refused to honour it. Confirmation and booking had 1 price and they said nope we won’t honour that and charged me an extra 120$ in room fees Front desk Manager was aggressive and rude, cut me off every other word not letting me speak. I was very polite and calm during the exchange but sh...
