William, Jun 2026 - Luxor
I was happy to stay at the Luxor due to the proximity of an event I was attending. I am not one to complain about things because imperfection is a part of life, but I was just not happy with the stay for the following reasons: 1. I booked a King-sized bed, and was put in a room with two Queen beds. Not that big of a deal, and I would normally look past it but... 2. The room was not vacuumed. There...

So at the first I booked for hotel only no resort. And the stuff asked me if I want to pay extra money for that and my answer was very clear NO ONLY HOTEL and charge me for that and 2nd I haven't received my deposit yet and on my recept it's showing that they charge me all deposit. I will not recommend this place. Money hungry

Worth the cost. Property is showing its age a bit. Restaurants are still very good. Customer service is excellent.

In fact, we couldn't even get a drink sitting at a bar - which we did twice and were completely ignored....

Pool was closed during the winter. There were no complimentary coffee or breakfast. The hotel was very clean and modern. Large windows looking at mountains. The express tram was convenient to get to the other end.

Comfortable bed. Incredible grounds. Smoky. Fewer table games and higher minimums than hoped. It was a great experience but once is enough.
