Comfortable bed. Incredible grounds. Smoky. Fewer table games and higher minimums than hoped. It was a great experience but once is enough.

Service was terrible, very limited employees and it reflects on the service level. Also it is a W and it is supposed to be Bonvoy part of Marriott but it is not!

Everything was great! Got comp'd rooms, resort credit and even a nice view of the strip. We are definitely changing our rewards over to MGM. Was a little upset they closed out or folio early on check out day before we could finish using our resort credit. Cost me $ as I could of used it for breakfast but ended trying to waste it on other things. Ended up not using it all.

Room is well maintained and clean when we checked in. Issue is on the next day the cleaning staffs did a very poor job. Only towels had been replaced and trash can been emptied. They didn't clean the bathroom. Floor also didn't got vacuum at all. (Tip left on the table do got picked up).

One of the pools was out of operation so the other two were overcrowded. The digital key card did not work about half the time and so we had a hard time getting to our floor on the elevator and into our roo...

I stayed at a much dirtier hotel, the 2 days before. It was a Holiday Weekend, and that price was over twice the price. NEVER stay at Excalibur, unless you want a dirt bag stay. This place is nicer, and New York, is even nicer. I ended up staying here, for the rest of my trip.

Gully, Jan 2024 - Park MGM Las Vegas
I was in town for CES, the room was fine although a little dated. It was clean and the bed was decent. There was no coffee machine or kettle, and very limited water. Room service hours are also very limited considering it's in Vegas (7am-9pm most days) so when I wanted tea at 903pm I was out of luck. Tried to order a coffee and some water in the morning and it was going to be $42 so I just walked ...
